Job Title: Delivery lead

Tax Technology & Innovation are a team of 200+ technologists providing technology enablement services and solutions across the Tax and Law business. This business has 2500+ tax & legal professionals covering multiple disciplines.
Our team is made up of Product Owners, Business Analysts, Multi-disciplinary Engineering teams and IT Service delivery professionals working on a large portfolio of systems used to improve productivity and solve key business problems across Tax & Law. We also build innovative web portals for clients to interact with KPMG, maximising collaboration and ensuring seamless delivery of information to our clients.

- Work closely with stakeholders to translate their vision into actionable deliverables.
- Articulate client and business requirements to technical teams
- Collaborate with technical teams across TT&I, co-ordinating the build & implementation of complex systems.
- Work with enterprise IT and business services teams to ensure processes are adhered to, in line with risk & Info security policies.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of solutions built for clients.
- Analyse, assess & track business benefits through to realisation.
- Manage and track the commercial for projects and solutions, ensuring costs are managed.
- Oversee the delivery of complex user requirements into workable software solutions.
- Manage and led on project delivery plans, tracking key milestones, activities & risks.
What will you need?
- Proven experience delivering software solutions in a large corporate environment.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key contacts across all business levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to logically analyse complex problems.
- The ability to quickly adapt to modern technologies, concepts, and ways of working.
- Strong people skills, able to engage with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working with project delivery and collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence & Miro
- A keen interest in emerging technology and how to apply it to client problems.
- Proven experience delivering projects or solutions using agile methodologies.
- Experience of technology change implementation environment
- Experience in performance management and people development.
